BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 788

DECLARING FRIDAY, 16 AUGUST 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TUGUEGARAO

WHEREAS, on 16 August 2019, Friday, the City of Tuguegarao will mark the celebration of the Aff Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tuguegarao be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 16 August 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Tuguegarao.
