MALACANANG Manila ;{It F AJ o2;l1 C- BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.789 AUTHORIZING THE GOODWILL INDUSTRIES OF THE PHILIPPINES, INC., TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN FOR A PERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR WHEREAS, under Proclamation No. 507, dated November 24, 1994, the Goodwill Industries of thePhilippines, Inc., was authorized to conduct a national fund campaign until November 24, 1995; WHEREAS, the Goodwill Industries of the Philip-pines, Inc., needs more time to conduct its fund cam- paign to enable it to support its various rehabilita- tion programs and services; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Goodwill Industries of the Philippines, Inc., to conduct a national fund cam- paign for a period of one (1) year effective upon the promulgation of this Proclamation. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
