BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 79

DECLARING MONDAY, 5 DECEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PALAYAN, NUEVA ECIJA

WHEREAS, on Monday, 5 December 2016, the City of Palayan, Nueva Ecija marks the celebration of its Foundation Day;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Palayan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, , SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 5 December 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Palayan, Nueva Ecija.
