• MALACANANG Manila ftAf-1\J2 BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.790 DECLARING SATURDAY, MAY 11, 1996, AS A SPECIAL DAY THE PROVINCE OF ISABELA IN WHEREAS, Saturday, May 11, 1996, marks the Founda- tion Anniversary of the Province of Isabela; WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the Pro- vince of Isabela be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their province's history with appro- priate ceremony; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Saturday, May 11, 1996, as a special day in the Province of Isabela.
