BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 791

DECLARING TUESDAY, 20 AUGUST 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LUCENA, PROVINCE OF QUEZON

WHEREAS, on 20 August 2019, Tuesday, the City of Lucena, Province of Quezon, will mark the celebration of its Charter Day; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Lucena be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Execitive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 20 August 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Lucena, Province of Quezon.
