PROCLAMATION NO. 791

DECLARING TUESDAY, 11 FEBRUARY 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TALISAY, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, on 11 February 2025, Tuesday, the City of Talisay, Province of Negros Occidental will mark the celebration of its 27" Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Talisay be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 11 February 2025, a special (non-working) day in the City of Talisay, Province of Negros Occidental.
