DECLARING TUESDAY, 1 JULY 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN CARLOS, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL
WHEREAS, Tuesday, 1 July 2014, marks the Charter Day anniversary of the City of San Carlos, Negros Occidental; -
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Carlos, Negros Occidental be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
