BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 793

DECLARING FRIDAY, 30 AUGUST 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ARAKAN, PROVINCE OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, on 30 August 2019, Friday, the Municipality of Arakan, Province of Cotabato, will mark the celebration of its 28" Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Arakan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 30 August 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Arakan, Province of Cotabato.
