BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 794

DECLARING FRIDAY, 4 JULY 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CADIZ

WHEREAS, the City of Cadiz marks the aelebration of its 47" Charter Day anniversary on Friday, 4 July 2014;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Cadiz be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO IM, do hereby declare Friday, 4 July 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Cadiz.
