PROCLAMATION NO. 794

DECLARING FRIDAY, 28 FEBRUARY 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF ESCALANTE, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, on 28 February 2025, Friday, the City of Escalante, Province of Negros Occidental will mark the celebration of its 24" Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Escalante be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 28 February 2025, a special (non-working) day in the City of Escalante, Province of Negros Occidental.
