CREATING AND DESIGNATING CERTAIN LANDS OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAYS LA MESA AND REAL, MUNICIPALITY OF CALAMBA, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA, AS A SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolution No. 95-119 dated

ctober 21, 1995 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, an area located in barangays La Mesa and Real, Calamba, Province of Laguna, as the Laguna Industry and Science Park of the hils., Calamba, consisting of Sixty Five (65.0) Hectares, more or less, as fined by the following technical description:

“A parcel of land (Lot 1, being a portion of the consolidation of Lots 1522, 1535, 1520-X, all of Calamba Estate, Lots 1523-X-1, (LRC) Psd-9905, 1528-A (LRC) Psd-3471, 3110-B, 3110-C, 3110-D L.R.C. Rec. No.) situated in the Brgy. of La Mesa, Municipality of Calamba, Province of Laguna, Island of Luzon.
