BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 795

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITES PURPOSES OF THE MALPALON ELEMENTARY AND NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOLS, CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED AT BARANGAY MALPALON, MUNICIPALITY OF CALINTAAN, PROVINCE OF OCCIDENTAL MINDORO, ISLAND OF MINDORO

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve for school sites purposes of the Malpalon Elementary and National High Schools, certain parcels of land of the public domain situated at Barangay Malpalon, Municipality of Calintaan, Province of Occidental Mindoro, Island of Mindoro, under the administration of the Department of Education, containing an aggregate area of THIRTY SEVEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED THREE (37,203) SQUARE METERS, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcels of land are more particularly described as follows:

LOT NO. 1-GSS-04-000023 (MALPALON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL)

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 1, GSS-04-000023), situated at Barangay Malpalon, Municipality of Calintaan, Province of Occidental Mindoro, Island of Mindoro.

Bounded on the S., along lines 1-2-3 by Road; on the W., along line 3-4 by Road; on the N., along lines 4-5-6 by Swo-04- 003841 (Malpalon National High School); and on the E., along line 6-1 by Raod.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being N. 36 deg. 45’ E., 8,590.63 m. from BLLM No. 1, Pls.-15, (Phicusa-Foa), Calintaan Public Land Subdivision, thence:

S. 80 deg. 06’ W., 134.51 m. to point 2;

A PARCEL OF LAND (Plan Swo-04-003841), situated at Barangay Malpalon, Municipality of Calintaan, Province of Occidental Mindoro, Island of Mindoro.

Bounded on the S., along lines 1-2-3 by Lot No. 1, Gss-04- 000023 (Malpalon Elementary School); on the W., along line 3-4 by Road; and on the N., along lines 4-5 by Public Land; and on the E., along lines 5-6 by Road.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being N. 06 deg. 40’ E., 8,633.77 m. from BLLM No. 1, Pls-15, (Phicusa-Foa), Calintaan Public Land Subdivision, thence:

N. 88 deg. 34’ W., 159.55 m. to point 2; N. 45 deg. 47’ W., 67.61 m. to point 3; N. 21 deg. 03’ E., 29.59 m. to point 4; N. 56 deg. 12’ E., 185.56 m. to point 5; S. 04 deg. 20’ E., 86.84 m. to point 6; S. 20 deg. 59’ E., 102.14 m. to point of

The tracts of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease or other mode of disposition until again declared by the President as alienable and disposable through Proclamation.
