.I" MALACANANG MANILA MfA.} 2;2(P ~ BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 796 DECLARING THURSDAY, JUNE 20, 1996 AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF COTABATO WHEREAS, Thursday, June 20, Celebration of the City of Cotabato; 1996, marks the 37th Anniversary WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of Cotabato City be given the opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Thursday, June 20, 1996 as a special day in Cotabato City.
