BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 796

DECLARING FRIDAY, 30 AUGUST 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MANDAUE, PROVINCE OF CEBU

WHEREAS, on 30 August 2019, Friday, the City of Mandaue, Province of Cebu, will mark the celebration of its 50" Charter Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Mandaue

be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday,

30 August 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Mandaue, Province of Cebu.
