[ Proclamation No. 797, September 11, 1991 ]

DECLARING SATURDAY, OCTOBER 12, 1991, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN ZAMBOANGA CITY.

WHEREAS, the City of Zamboanga commemorates annually the traditional feast of its Patroness, the Nuestra Señora del Pilar on the twelfth day of October;

WHEREAS, the residents of Zamboanga desire to celebrate the feast with fitting programs and activities;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Saturday, October 12, 1991, as a special day in Zamboanga City.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

DONE in the City of Manila, this 11th day of September, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and ninety-one.
