MALACANANG MANILA /vIP-/IJ 01..2 BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 797 DECLARING WEDNESDAY, MAY 22,1996 AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF GINGOOG, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL WHEREAS 1 WednesdaY1 May 221 19961 marks the 100th Founding Anniversary of the City of Gingoog, Province of Misamis Oriental; WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Gingoog, Province of Misarnis Oriental be given full opportunity to celebrate this event with appropriate ceremonies; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V.
