DECLARING SATURDAY, 26 JULY 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF IPIL, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY

WHEREAS, Saturday, 26 July 2014, the Municipality of Ipil, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay marks the celebration of the "64" Araw ng Ipil;”
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of pil, Zamboanga Sibugay be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Il, do hereby declare Saturday, 26 July 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Ipil, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay.
