BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 798

DECLARING MONDAY, 09 SEPTEMBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DIGOS, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR

WHEREAS, the City of Digos, Province of Davao del Sur will mark the celebration of its 19" Araw ng Digos on 08 September 2019;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Digos to celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that Monday, 09 September 2019, be declared a special (non-working) day in lieu of 08 September 2019, which falls on a Sunday; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Digos be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 09 September 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Digos, Province of Davao del Sur.
