MALACANAN~ Manila AJ J:z $ ~ BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. ~ EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 33 (MARIKINA WATERSHED RESERVATION) PORTIONS OF LANDS EMBRACED THEREIN SITUATED AT BOSO-BOSO, ANTIPOLO, RIZAL TO BE RESERVED AS RESETTLEMENT SITE FOR THE LANDLESS AND HOMELESS RESIDENTS OF METRO MANILA AND TO BE KNOWN AS FREEDOM VALLEY RESETTLEMENT Upon the recommendation of te Secretary of Environment andNatural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law,I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Executive Order No. 33, which established the Marikina Watershed Reservation, portions of land embraced therein, subject to private rights, if any there be, situated at Sitio Boso-Boso, Baranqay San Jose, Municipality ofAntipolo, pro'Jince of Rizal and reserving the same as resettlement site for the landles~ c~.nd homeless residents of Metro Manila under the administration and diposition of the National Housing Authority (NHA), to te known as the "Freedom Valley Resettlement", which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows: A PARCEL OF LAND, within the Marikina Watershed Reservation, situated in Barangay Sa Jose, Municipality of Antipolo, Province of Rizal, beginning at a point marked "1" on plan being identical to corner 4 of Procla-nation No. 58, the ISF program of the DENR,thence: Due North, Due East, S. 260 00' E., Due East,N. 15000' E., Due East, Due South, 56° 00' W., . 75° 00' W., \ 14°'00' W., s. N. 2,750 m. to point 2; 1,400 m. to point 3; 530 m. to point 4; 950 m. to point 5; 500 m. to point 6; 415 m. to point 7; 1,800 m. to poit 8, identical to corner 12 of DENR ISF Area; 540 m. to point 9, identical to corner 11 of DENR ISF Area; 1,090 m. to point 10, identical to corner 10 of DENR ISF Area; 1,520 m. to point 11, identical to corner 9 of DENR ISF Area; 340 m. to point 12, identical to corner 8 of DENR ISF Area; 200 m. to point 13, identical to corner 7 of DENR ISF Area; 200 m. to point 14, identical to corner 6 of DENR ISF Area; 240 m. to point 15, identical to corner 5 of DENR ISF Area; s. 77°00'W., N.. 750 00' W., s. 75°00'W., s. 610 00' W. I s. 820 m. to point of N. 250 00' W., beginning, containing an area of 750 hectares more or less. A final survel' 3nd delineation on the ground shall be conducted by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources. (/) . , .. No cutting of trees in reforestation areas and clumps of treesof natural growth shall be conducted in the proclaimed areas unless permit is issued by the Department of Environment and NaturalResources. This Proclamation shall not include and affect the areascovered by Proclamation No. 585 otherwise known as the IntegratedSocial Forestry Progl-am of the Department of Environment andNatural Resources.
