DECLARING FRIDAY, APRIL 25, 1986, AS A WORKING SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN AKLAN PROVINCE.

WHEREAS, Friday, April 25, 1986, marks the 30th founda~ QO tion anniversary of the Province of Aklan;

WHEREAS, it is only proper to give the people of Aklan full opportunity to commemorate the occasion with fitting ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Friday, April 25, 1986, as a working special public holiday" in the entire Province of Aklan.
