BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 8

DECLARING MONDAY, AUGUST 2, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BUTUAN

WHEREAS, Monday, August 2, 2010, marks the celebration of the 60" Adlaw Hong Butuan, the Charter Day anniversary of the City of Butuan;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Butuan be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Monday, August 2, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the City of Butuan. -
