PROCLAMATION NO. 08

DECLARING THURSDAY, 21 JULY 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MABALACAT, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA

WHEREAS, on 21 July 2022, Thursday, the City of Mabalacat, Province of Pampanga, will mark the celebration of its Cityhood Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Mabalacat be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, VICTOR D. RODRIGUEZ, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 21 July 2022, a special (non-working) day in the City of Mabalacat, Province of Pampanga.
