Pinatubo by providina them with suitable resettlement and livelihood areas conducive to their economic recovery, and upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Reeourcee and the Preeidential Taek Force created under Memorandum Order No. 369, dated June 26, 1991, and by the powers veeted in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippinee, do hereby reserve for resettlement and livelihcd purposes, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future claeeification and survey, a parcel of land searegated from the eite occupied by the former Clark Air Base Military Reeervation eituated in the Municipality of Capae, Province of Tarlac, Ieland of Luzon, and which is more particularly deecribed, to wit: A PARCEL OF LAND (beina a portion of the Zone "B" ClarkAir Base Military Reservation, ae shown in the attached eketch plan) situated in Barangay Calangitan, Municipality of Capae, Province of Tarlac, Ieland of Luzon. Bounded on the East by Zone "F" and on the remainina eidee by portione of the Reserva- tion. Integrated Social Forestry Program, since the area is still classified as forestzone, subject to appropriate modee of dispoeition under the Public Land Law, as amended, should there be a reclassification later.
