BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 80

DECLARING MONDAY, 24 OCTOBER 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PILI, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR

WHEREAS, on 24 October 2022, Monday, the Municipality of Pili, Province of Camarines Sur, will mark the celebration of the Cimarrones Festival:

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pili be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 24 October 2022, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pili, Province of Camarines Sur.
