DECLARING SATURDAY, JUNE 11, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF RIZAL

WHEREAS, the Province of Rizal was formally estabiished on June 11, 1901;

WHEREAS, Saturday, June 11, 2005, marks the 104° Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Rizal;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the peopie of the Province of Rizal be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Saturday, June 11, 2005, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Rizal.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
