BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 800
DECLARING TUESDAY, 8 JULY 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF ISABELA, PROVINCE OF BASILAN
WHEREAS, Tuesday, 8 July 2014, marks the celebration of the “Dia de Isabela”, a festival participated in by both Christian and non-Christian communities in the City of Isabela, Province of Basilan;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Isabela, Basilan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Tuesday, 8 July 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Isabela, Province of Basilan. _
