BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 800

DECLARING TUESDAY, 03 SEPTEMBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF IRIGA, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR

WHEREAS, on 03 September 2019, Tuesday, the City of Iriga, Province of Camarines Sur, will mark the celebration of its 51°‘ Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Iriga be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 03 September 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Iriga, Province of Camarines Sur.
