BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 801

DECLARING MONDAY, MARCH 14, 2005 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PASSI

WHEREAS, Monday, March 14, 2005, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Passi;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Passi be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, March 14, 2005, as special (non-working) day in the City of Passi.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
