BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 801

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 04 SEPTEMBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MONKAYO, PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY

WHEREAS, on 04 September 2019, Wednesday, the Municipality of Monkayo, Province of Compostela Valley, will mark the celebration of its 65" Founding Anniversary and the 24" Kariyawan Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Monkayo be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in these occasions with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 04 September 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Monkayo, Province of Compostela Valley.
