RESERVING FOR OFFICE, WAREHOUSE, DRIER AND OTHER SITE FACLILI- TIES PURPOSES OF THE NATIONAL FOOD AUTHORITY CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF COMPOSTELA, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO '

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement, and reserve for office, warehouse, drier and other site facilities purposes, under the administration of the National Food Authority, subject to pri- vate rights, if any there be, certain parcels of land of the public domain situated in Poblacion, Municipality of Compostela, Province of Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao, and more parti- cularly described as follows, to wit:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 7002-RB, Csd-11-005505-D, being a portion of Lot 7002, Csd-2060), situated in Barrio Poblacion, Municipality of Compostela, Province of Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao. Bounded as follows: On the NE. and SE., along lines 3-4-1 by Lot 7002-C; and on the SW., along line 1-2 by Lot 7002-A, all of the subdivision plan; and on the NW., along line 2-3 by Road. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan being S. 36 deg. 14' W., 852.87 m. from B.L.L.M. #1, Csd-282, Compostela Cadastre.
