DECLARING THURSDAY, 05 SEPTEMBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GENERAL SANTOS, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO

WHEREAS, on 05 September 2019, Thursday, the City of General Santos, Province of South Cotabato, will mark the celebration of its 52° Inauguration Day and the 21 Tuna Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of General Santos be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in these occasions with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 05 September 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of General Santos, Province of South Cotabato.
