RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF ‘THE KORONADAL CENTRAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THRE POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF KORONADAL, PROVINCE OF -SoU'rR COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from Sale, or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Koronadal Central Elementary School under the administration of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land

o£ the public domain, which is more particularly described as fellows, to wit:

A parcel of land (Lot No. 879, Ts-1032), situated in the Poblacion, Municipality of Koronadal (Marbel), Province of South Cotabato, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the NE., along lines 1-2-3-4 by Jose Rizal Street; on the SE., along line 4-5 by Rafael Alunan Avenue; on the SW., along lines 5-6-7-8 by Road; and on the NW., along line 8-1 by Sinsuat Street.
