RESERVING FOR CEMETERY SITE PURPOSES OF THE CITY OF TAGUM, A

CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED

AT BARANGAY LA FILIPINA, TAGUM CITY, ISLAND OF

MINDANAO -

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve for cemetery site purposes of the City of Tagum, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated at Barangay La Filipina, Tagum City, Island of Mindanao, under the administration of the City Government of Tagum, containing an area of Sixteen Thousand Six Hundred Thirty One (16,631) square meters, subject to private rights, if any there by, which parcels of land are more particularly described as follows:

Lot No. 28, Ccs-331

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 28, Ccs-331), situated at Barangay La Filipina, City of Tagum, Island of Mindanao.

Bounded on the NE., along line 5-6 by Road Lot 2; on the SE., along lines 6-7 by Road Lot 2; along lines 7-8-9-10 by Road Lot 1; on the SW., and NW., along lines 11-1-2-3-4 by Road Lot 1, all of the consolidation-subdivision plan.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being N. 02 deg. 27’ E 3,104.68 m. from BLLM No. 1, Cad-276, Tagum Cadastre, thence:

N. 25 deg. 19’ W., 170.93 m. to point 2; N. 19 deg. 28’ E., 6.12 m. to point 3; N. 68 deg. 01’ E., 104.00 m. to point 4; S. 75 deg. 16’ E., 5.23 m. to point 5; S. 20 deg. 39’ E., 128.90 m. to point 6; S. 28 deg. 12’ W., 8.93 m. to point 7; S. 64 deg. 44’ W., 10.87 m. to point 8; _EEs S. 46 deg. 43’ W., 11.30 m. to point 9:

S. 51 deg. 11’ W., 8.53 m. to point 11; N. 70 deg. 03’ W., 7.91 m. to point of

beginning, containing an area of SIXTEEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED THIRTY ONE (16,631) SQUARE METERS, more or less.

All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground by B.L. Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 60 cms. Bearings true. Date of Original Survey is on April 1935 — May 1938 executed by Geodetic Engineer Eleuterio R. Paz and that of the Subdivision Survey on September 16, 1965 — March 20, 1966 executed by Geodetic Engineer Corsino L. Maquiling and approved on May 6, 1971.

The tract of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease or other mode of disposition until again declared by the President as alienable and disposable through disposition.
