PROCLAMATION NO. 805

FURTHER EXTENDING THE NATIONAL MEMBERSHIP, EDUCATIONAL AND FUND CAMPAIGN PERIOD OF THE PHILIPPINE MENTAL HEALTH ASSOCIATION UP TO SEPTEMBER 30, 1992

WHEREAS, the Philippine Mental Health Association was granted an extension of time within which to conduct a national membership and fund campaign until September 30, 1992;

WHEREAS, the Philippine Mental Health Association needs additional time within which to conduct its fund campaign in order to raise more funds for the promotion and realization of its objectives;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby further extend the national membership, educational and fund campaign period of the

Philippine Mental Health Association up to September 30, 1992,

For this purpose, all donations, bequests and gifts received by the Philippine Mental Health Association for the implementation of its programs and activities shall be free from all forms of taxes and shall be deductible in full from the income of the donor for purposes of computing his income’ tax liability, subject to the pertinent provisions of Sections 94 (a) (3) and (b) (2) and 29 (h) (2) (6) C4) of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended.
