DECLARING MONDAY, 09 SEPTEMBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BAIS, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, on 09 September 2019, Monday, the City of Bais, Province of Negros Oriental, will mark the celebration of its 51°* Charter Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Bais be

given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare

Monday, 09 September 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Bais, Province of Negros Oriental.
