~ "", U.J:"..{J MALACANAN~Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO 806 DECLARING WEDNESDAY, JUNE 19, 1996, AS A SPECIAL DAY THE PROVINCE OF NORTHERN SAMAR IN WHEREAS, Wednesday, June 19, 1996, marks the founda- tion anniversary of the Province of Northern Samar; WHEREAS, it is fitting and proFer that the people of Northern Samar be given full oppoltunity to celebrate the event with appropriate ceremonies; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administtative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Wednesday, June 19, 1996, as aspecial day in the Province of Northern Samar.
