DECLARING TUESDAY, 10 SEPTEMBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF QUIRINO

WHEREAS, on 10 September 2019, Tuesday, the Province of Quirino will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of

Quirino be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare

Tuesday, 10 September 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Quirino.
