BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 808

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE PIKIT MUNICIPAL HIGH SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED AT THE POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF PIKIT, PRO- VINCE OF NORTH COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by Law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the PIKIT’ MUNICIPAL HIGH SCHOOL, under the administration of the Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Poblacion, Municipality of Pikit, Province of North Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, which is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 372, (AP-12-000698) Ts-264) situated in the Municipality of Pikit, Pro- vince of North Cotabato, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2 by Felipe Cal- deron St., on the E. SE. & S., along lines 2-3-4-5 by H. Hidalgo Street; and on the W., along line 5-1 by Datu Piang Street.

Beginning at a point marked "1" of Lot 372, (AP-12-000698) Ts-264, being S. 75-13' FE, 1239.42 m. from BLLM No. 1, Ts-264, Pikit, Cotabato;

thence S. 71-56 E., 150.99 m. to point 2;

thence S. 13-28 E., 4.16 m. to point 3; thence S. 43-59 W., 212.47 m. to point 4; thence N. 70-36 W., 2.98 m. to point 5;

thence N. 01-39 E., 202,86 m. to point 1;

point of beginning; containing an area of FIFTEEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED AND FIFTY SEVEN (15,357) SQUARE METERS. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by B.L. Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 60 cm. Bearings true.

This lot was surveyed in accordance with law and existing regulations promulgated thereunder, by Elmelda F. Blanco on February 22, 1991 and approved on March 4, 1991. Original survey February 17, 18 & 26, 1955.
