MALACANMANILA BY TBB PPm~!ft' 01' TR8 BS PROCLTION RQ, 809 DECLARING JUNE 19, 1996 AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF LAGU:LiA AND IN SAN PABLO CITY WHEREAS, on June 19, 1996, tht entire nation will be commemorating the 135th birth anniversary of our national hero, Dr. Jose P. Rizal; WHEREAS, it is only fitting that the residents of San Pablo City and the Province of Laguna, which is the birthplace of our national hero, be given the opportunty to mark the 135fu birth annivers of its most illustrious son with appropriate ceremonies; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me.. by law, do hereby declare June 19, 1996 as a Special Day in the , Province of Laguna and in San Pablo City.
