PROCLAMATION NO. 810

RESERVING FOR ZAMBOANGA CITY GOVERNMENT CENTER SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE POBLACION, CITY OF ZAMBOANGA, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and

Natural Resources, and pursuant to the authority vested in

me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve for the Zamboanga City Government Center site pur- poses a certain parcel of Land of the public domain situated in the Poblacion, City of Zamboanga, and which is more parti- cularly described as follows:

A parcel of land of the Municipal Reservation, MR-09-000015, situated in the Poblacion, City of Zamboanga, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the NE., line 1-2 by Lot 5, El Barato Bazar, Cad. 14, on line 2-3 by Lot 4-A, Cad. 14, Lim Hua, et al., on line 3-4 by Lot 4-B, Cad. 14, Huy Lian Development Inc., on line 4-5 by Lot 3, Cad. 14, Interco; on the SW., line 5-6 by Mercado Street (8.00 m, wide), on the SW, lines 6-7-8 on the W., line 8-9 both of Mercado Extension Street (8.00 m. wide), on the NW., lines 9-10-11-1 by Gov. Lim Avenue (8.00 m. wide). Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan being S. 58° 24' W., 24.66 m. from Mon. No. 30, Cad. 14, thence ....
