BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 811

DECLARING TUESDAY, 17 SEPTEMBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR

WHEREAS, on 17 September 2019, Tuesday, the Province of Zamboanga del Sur will mark the celebration of its 67!" Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Zamboanga del Sur be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 17 September 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Zamboanga del Sur.
