tvt,pJ l'lJ D8' MALACAN~MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 812 DECLARING MONDAY, JULY 1, 1996 AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF DIPOLOG, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOA-GA DEL NORTE WHEREAS, Monday, July 1, 1996, marks the 83rd "Adlaw sa Dipolog" of the City of Dipolog, Province of Zamboanga del Norte; WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of Dipolog City be given the opportunit.'? to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Monday, July 1, 1996 as a special day in Dipolog City.
