BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 812

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 19 MARCH 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KAWAYAN, PROVINCE OF BILIRAN

WHEREAS, on 19 March 2025, Wednesday, the Municipality of Kawayan, Province of Biliran will mark the celebration of its 118" Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Kawayan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 19 March 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Kawayan, Province of Biliran.
