BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 813

DECLARING THURSDAY, JULY 4, 1996 AS PHILIPPINE RETIREMENT _ AUTHORITY DAY

4 WHEREAS, the Philippine Retirement Authority celebrates on Thursday, July 4, 1996, its 11th year of leadership in promoting the growth and servicing needs of the Philippine retirement industry;

WHEREAS, PRA through the years has most successfully discharged this ction through effective partnership, teamwork and collaboration with jous agencies, both in the government and in the private sectors;

WHEREAS, PRA has chosen to celebrate this anniversary around a very cial theme, “Growth, Progress and Development through Partnership, llaboration and Teamwork”;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare

ursday, July 4, 1996, as “Philippine Retirement Authority Day”. All departments, agencies and instrumentalities, including government-owned and controlled corporations, are hereby directed to continue to lend full support ‘’and cooperation to the Authority in its endeavors in promoting the Philippines a retirement haven for foreign nationals and overseas, as well as former, pinos.
