DECLARING THURSDAY, 10 JULY 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON-
WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA
WHEREAS, Thursday, 10 July 2014, marks the 10" year anniversary of the conversion of Santa Rosa, Laguna into a city;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Santa Rosa, Laguna be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
