BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 813

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 18 SEPTEMBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TACURONG, PROVINCE OF SULTAN KUDARAT

WHEREAS, on 18 September 2019, Wednesday, the City of Tacurong, Province of Sultan Kudarat, will mark its 19° Cityhood Anniversary and the Talakudong Festival 2019; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tacurong be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in these occasions with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 18 September 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Tacurong, Province of Sultan Kudarat.
