BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 813

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 19 MARCH 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BONGABONG, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO

WHEREAS, on 19 March 2025, Wednesday, the Municipality of Bongabong, Province of Oriental Mindoro will mark the celebration of the Sulyog Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Bongabong be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 19 March 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bongabong.
