RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE MADAUM ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ACERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF ‘THE PUBLIC DOMALN SITUATED IN BARANGAY OF MADAUM, MUNICIPALITY OF TAGUM, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE, LSLAND OF MENDANAO

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON Cc. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale and settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Madaum Elementary School under the administration of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barangay Madauin, Municipality of agum, Province of Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao which is more particularly described as follows:
