DECLARING MONDAY, 14 JULY 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GUIHULNGAN, NEGROS ORIENTAL
WHEREAS, Monday, 14 July 2014, marks the Charter Day anniversary of the City of Guihulngan, Negros Oriental:
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Guihulngan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Monday, 14 July 2014, as a speciai (non-working) day in the City of Guihulngan, Negros Oriental.
