BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 815

DECLARING THURSDAY, 26 SEPTEMBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NAVAL, PROVINCE OF BILIRAN

WHEREAS, on 26 September 2019, Thursday, the Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran, will mark its 159"" Pueblo Day (Charter Day); and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Naval be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 26 September 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran.
